Each season, we try to find several new lines to add to our lineup. Our casual new go-to line is Saga.  It is made in Italy from lightweight washable silks and linens. Everything is one-size and is an easy fit for most customers. Andrea Jovine is another new line for us, and their casual knitwear items have quickly become go-to pieces in our own closets. They are updated without being too trendy, have a nice fit, and are lightweight enough to be worn through the summer in air-conditioning. During the rainy spring, we were very happy to add Ciao Milano jacket to our line-up. It’s so nice on a dreary day to have an all-weather jacket in a pretty, happy color, and Ciao Milano’s jackets come in beautiful colors, with a fashionable European flair to their designs. They also make a fully-waterproof fabric that comes in black only, and would be great to have for travel.

Adore is a line that we haven’t carried in several years, but brought back because of the amazing fabrics they have added to the line. Interesting burnout fabrics, with tie-dyed details and silver foil polka dots printed on top of a sheer ombre background are some of the unusual fabric-treatments they have added to the line, and we always love to find something we haven’t seen before. Another stand-out new fabric caught our eye at market this season, with the new eyelash kimono from JC Sunny. It came in soft pastel colors and neutrals, and makes a totally new outfit on top of your favorite basics. Dressori is a new line of washable silk blends in gorgeous art prints, by an Israeli designer—very beautiful fabrics that need to be seen in person to be appreciated.

Over the last few years, we have been to markets in New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, and Las Vegas to make sure that we always have something new to show you and we have at least 10 new lines arriving in the coming months.  New artists from Madrid, San Francisco and Milan will be coming soon, and they haven’t been shown anywhere else in Alabama yet, so we won’t post their names until we get them in!Be sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram accounts to see all of our latest arrivals. If you see something you like, don’t wait to snatch it up—the smaller, newer lines and artist-made pieces are often one-of-a-kind or small batch and often can’t be reordered. We want to help you find really special items that you won’t see everywhere else and we are always happy to help you search for your new favorites!
